High Pressure Excavator Piston Seals SPGW

SPGW heavy duty piston seals are designed for double acting hydraulic cylinders used in heavy duty applications. They consist of a specialized bronze/mos2 ptfe ring, 2 specially fabricated polyamide support rings and high pressure nbr ring. Some advantages are its simple design, high linear velocity values, non-bonding property on the surface in long static cases, low friction, wider permissible gaps and long life service. Therefore, SPGW is very suitable for heavy duty applications. The SPGW has a hydraulic reciprocating system that is excellent in heavy-duty two-way piston sealing under high-pressure conditions. It is especially suitable for long strokes and a wide range of fluids and high-temperature applications. Besides, it can be used for larger piston clearances. Mainly used in heavy-duty or engineering machinery cylinder piston seals with good leakage control, extrusion resistance and damage resistance. For example excavators and heavy hydraulic cylinders.

 

 

 

 

The SPGW is a four piece double acting heavy duty compact seal which consists of one PTFE bronze profile ring , one elastomeric nitrile rubber pre-load sealing element and two thermoplastic back-up rings.
