 Description of Polished Rod Stuffing Box

 Stuffing box to be installed at Pumping Well Head and seal off the Polished Rod with cone packing and free floating lubricated upper section to assure self alignment and packing burn out, designed to seal off leakage by fluid pressure. 

 This stuffing box is available for Single Pack and Double Pack stuffing box as below, using 1045/4130 casting steel or ductile iron as per customer demand, for cap, glands, body and base, bottom are gauged threads of tubing EUE or LP. 

 They are suitable for rod sizes 1", 1.1/8" , 1.1/4", 1.1/2" and 1.3/4". Simple structure, easy installation and convenient maintenance, and they can make sure the sealing effectiveness through its single packing or double packing or even triple packing.

The stuffing box is perhaps the most important piece to your artificial lift surface hookup from the standpoint, it is your SEAL. The most important component to the stuffing box sealing, is the packing inside the stuffing box.  B. Cone packing is available in sizes for all polished rods 1" through 1- 3/4" in sets of 4 (3 top cone and 1 bottom cone).

Wireline seals are the equipment sealing components that are used to seal various downhole tools and other equipment that perform well drilling, completion and well workover and intervention procedures.     Wireline seals generally have two or more components which work together in tandem to give an effective sealing functionality. Wireline seals helps in containing or controlling the high wellbore pressure that originates because of back pressure or kick.
