Hammer union seals are used in the connections between flexible hoses or pipes used in the oil drilling industry. The seal provides a critical fluid tight connection within the union hardware. Hammer unions consist of a thread end, a nut end, and a hammer nut that when tightened seal the assembly with the assistance of an elastomeric seal. The seal is lipped to prevent it from falling out when inverted. Some profiles such as Fig 2202, Fig 1004, Fig 1502, Fig 2002, Fig 602, Fig 1002 etc require a Hammer Union Lip Seal or an 'O'Ring depending on the Size of the Hammer Union. We produce 2",3", and 4" Hammer Union Seals in Nitrile for standard service and in  FKM or HNBR for Sour Gas Service. In addition to the standard molded rubber seals, we offer these with either a brass or stainless steel anti-extrusion ring. Also available in PTFE,PU

PTFE gate valve seat seal for type FC, FLS and FLS-R gate valves is made of durable PTFE, it is compatible with the Cameron gate valve type FLS, and used in rotating equipment to minimize o-ring movement.

OD&ID  Face Seal are 100% compatible with Cameron Type FLS and FLS-R Gate Valves. It consists of PEEK jacket with corrosion-resistant metal spring energizer. It is spring-loaded and pressure-energized to improve gate and seat service life. Compared with PTFE seals, it has higher strength and can handle higher temperature.

What Are Spring Energized ID /ODFace Seals?

ID (Inner Diameter) face seals are used on the FLS and FLS-R seat. They are a type of mechanical face seal that's used in conjunction with the OD (Outer Diameter) face seal to provide a seal between the seat and the seat pocket of FLS style valves.

We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q3. If I don't like the style of yours, can you do something else?
We can open the mould for you first according to your samples or technical drawings. Mould costs are charged if you need the customized products.

Q4.What's your packing & payment terms?
1). Generally, plastic bag inside and carton box outside or according to the customer's requirements. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
